Pedal Power

Greater Manchester police officers set off on their bikes from Littleborough Police station on there epic journey to Lands End June 2005 to raise money for children with cancer. Dc Gary Gregory has organised similar events in the past, last years lucky recipients were The Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital.

Our thanks go out to all the cyclists who took part in the ride all their hard work helped to raise £1000 for Christies and a whopping £2000 for The Robyn Brooks Trust.

They were Karl Ward, Helen Comer, Denise Sweeney, Phil Dunne,

Andrew Kindon, Duncan Thorpe, Ian Fear, Helen Morant, Brian Mcgill,

Greg Chambers, Mike Sarsfield, Sam Halligan, Eddie Byrne, Katrina Jones,

Dean Thorpe and last but not least Garry Gregory.
